An initial free meeting will help you can gain an understanding of who Wilson Building is and how we operate. From there it’s about you – getting a better understanding of your needs, vision, site, budget, and building requirements. At this stage, we can often give you indicative pricing and help identify any costly pitfalls which may affect your ideas.

Based on the scale of your renovations, requirements, and vision we then approach architects to start the concept plans. We engage with those we think are best suited to your requirements and vision, and work alongside you and the architect to bring your ideas to life.

On approval of the plans, we will supply you with a more accurate figure and breakdown of costs across the whole build. On your approval, you then pay a preliminary deposit and sign the Master Builders contract. The consented drawings are then submitted to the council for approval and we will then provide a start date.

This is when we start to turn your ideas into reality. We ensure you are kept up to date with progress by staying in constant contact at all times and sending you photos. We also encourage you, if you are able, to come onsite to meet the builders and be involved in the process.
